Aleksi was born on 27th May 1999. He arrived at the orphanage on 28th April 2004. Aleksi has a severe
disability. Due to this disability he does not move fast but is able to ride a bike with four wheels all on his
own. He can climb the Swedish Wall. He can walk on the gymnastics bench with some additional help.
He knows the basic colors. He is able to count to ten. His speech is not strongly developed. His speech is
almost clear when he speaks slowly. He has both, verbs and adjectives in his vocabulary. He knows the
Russian alphabet and he knows a lot of poems. He is able to answer questions with full sentences. His
hygiene routine has developed but needs to be observed by an adult. He as able to dress himself on his own.
He eats with a spoon on his own. He is able to drink on his own.
He is able to clean up his toys after himself. He plays with companions but for a short period of time. He
likes to play with legos, he also likes musical toys. He sometimes uses cussedness and small scandals to get
what the wants.
Aleksi is a very closed child, he chooses who to communicate with and does not achieve contact with
everyone.
