HISTORY
Minor who is put at disposition of the government Authorities due to the mothers abandonment leaving
him with his maternal grandfather, who due to his old age y precarious socioeconomic situation he was not
able to keep caring for the child, then gives the child to his aunt who then goes to the authorities because
she could no longer care for him.
MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS
At his admittance:
Preschool boy with low size and weight for his age, clinical anemia, caved in side of congenital origin.
Actual:
Minor is recuperated of his clinical anemia, up until today he is healthy.
PSYCHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS:
Eduardo is admitted with social deprivation, enuresis, and fear to darkness; he could not tolerate to sleep in
the dark, besides a speech disorder.
He is actually adapted to the home where he is located so is beginning to have trust and is integrated to the
daily activities, he actually is a very dedicated child and very responsible. In school he has a normal
performance.
CONCLUSIONS
The minor is a child who had repeated rejections in his family, situation which took him to a level of
insecurity and low selfsteem, in actuality he has had great progress, he loves when you recognize his
merits, to be spoiled and to show him love. It is very important to consider this to benefit the minor in his
social environment and his development.
