Diagnosis: Severe mental deficiency, social and psychological abuse syndrome, and second degree chronic
malnutrition.
HISTORY
Minor who is put at disposition of the government authorities. He is son to a mother who has mental
deficiencies and had promiscuous relationships and has therefore had four minors taken from her due to
extreme omission in which she had them.
MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS
At his admittance:
Social abuse syndrome and second degree malnutrition.
Actual:
Sequels of neurological damage due to the malnutrition that the minor had. The minor has some autism
traits, he doesn’t speak.
PSYCHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS:
José Miguel goes to a school for autistic children, due to the Autism conducts he presents, reason why he is
antisocial, stays alone and doesn’t speak.
He is potty trained and does his normal activities but always isolated.
CONCLUSIONES
The minor, José Miguel is a boy, that for the neurological sequels that he had due to the malnourishment,
it caused him a psychomotor delay that has required specific attention, due to why the boy requires
patience and devotion. It would be of great help if the minor can count with a family that can stimulate
and give him love and time for his physical and integral well being.
