HISTORY
Minor who is put at disposition of government authorities because he is son to an alcoholic father and a
promiscuous mother with a mental impairment, the have a history of four siblings removed from the
family due to the disposition and state of harmfulness that they were in.
MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS
At his admittance:
Infant with low size and weight for his age, marantic malnutrition, mixed gastroenteritis and social
abandonment.
Actual:
Malnutrition in recuperation
PSYCHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS:
His psychomotor development has had many advances nonetheless the general delay remains, reason
why the minor is not very sociable, he speaks very little, saying words slowly and with difficulty, he goes
to a special needs school. He is potty trained.
CONCLUSIONS:
Miguel Angel is a boy that due to the genetic characteristics, requires special attention and dedication to
patience, love and tolerance. Needy of affection and a family structure that would help him achieve an
emotional stability.
