Schooling: Elementary
Diagnosis: Minor with intellectual impairment and had psychotic crisis.
HISTORY
Minor was referred in ’97 by the government authorities because his mother was found intoxicated with
her son with her, then in 1998 there was a reunification with his parents and in December 2001 there was
a report of abuse, with out any results, the minor is at the governments disposition.
MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS:
As he was admitted:
Small built, clinical anemia, low weight and malnutrition.
Actual:
Healthy, without medical treatments.
PSYCHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS:
Moderate psychomotor delay, mostly in his speech due to lack of stimulation, social deprivation syndrome,
making it hard to interact with people.
In actuality, thanks to the medical treatments and through stimulation is that he has achieved complete
recuperation and adaptation to society.
CONCLUSIONS:
Pedro is a very calm and cooperative boy he gives no behavioral problems, we have worked so he can go to
normal elementary, he works on a machine with the finality of giving him some autonomy.
