Complaints: pain-waves in the stomach and constipation Anamnesis: complains stomach ache for the second day. The child does not connect the pains to meal times and meals. The child has had constipation for a long period of time. Before-hand the child was at the surgical departement of the Narva Hospital Foundation for reasearche from 08.10.2007 to 15.10.2007 with a severe stomach ache. Gastrocopical find was within norms. Objective find: The overall condition is satsifactory, the skin is pale, has shadowed skin under the eyes, regular heart-tones, throuat-curves are pink, vescular brathing murmur in the lungs, stomach is soft, pain in the belly-button area, upper stomach and left side during palpation. Research: sonographical find according to norm, the x-ray finding of the gastrointestinal tract shows hyperkinesis of the thin-gut and irritated bowel synrome in the fat-gut. Blood-analyses are according to norm. Upon observation and treatment the stomach complaints decrease but it seems that some of the compalints are inadequate. She needs psyhiatrical and psyhological consultation. She did not attend school properly from the first grade to the fourth because she was helping her mother at home. She likes industrial arts and drawing.
